SmartVMA® focuses on developing service process management systems that aid advisors, technicians, and managers in enhancing productivity through a streamlined workflow. The application integrates seamlessly with existing Dealer Management System (DMS) technology, providing maintenance service recommendations based on vehicle make, history, and inspection records. This functionality aims to foster healthier repair orders.

As the inaugural mobile reporting application for fixed ops professionals, SmartOPS equips users with timely insights into their business performance. It allows users to monitor individual store performance or compare results across multiple franchises. With certified integration with nearly all DMS solutions available today, SmartOPS facilitates easy evaluation of service performance and critical processes while on the move.

This application is specifically designed for existing SmartVMA users who utilize one of the following systems within their dealership:

• SmartMANAGER
